Which SharePoint License Should I Buy?

With so many options, it can be difficult for businesses to know which SharePoint License to buy. There are no less than seven separate license bundles that include SharePoint. Knowing what bundle has what—and which bundle you can set aside—is crucial to making the most out of your subscription. To that end, we’ve built the following infographic to show you how it all breaks down.

SharePoint P1

For those organizations who just need SharePoint Online, P1 is your plan of choice. With unlimited users at $5 per user and a full terabyte in storage, plus the full suite of SharePoint services, you’ll get a lot for your money for this SharePoint License. This program does not come with desktop versions of Office programs.

SharePoint P2

For those organizations who just need SharePoint Online, plus a little more, P2 might be the optimal solution. In SharePoint License P2, organizations get unlimited OneDrive storage, customizable search, and additional file retention and security features. This program does not come with desktop versions of Office programs.
